I am a recent graduate of Columbia University, where I majored in Political Science with a focus on International Relations and American Politics. I grew up in New York and am a British-American, with family from England, Kuwait, India, and Canada. I have a strong interest in global financial systems and political economy, and hope to pursue a career related to emerging and global markets.
Within the MA in Global Thought program, I am particularly interested in researching prominent global capital market challenges. Such challenges include inadequacies in coordinating global growth strategies, shortcomings in delivering development goals for emerging economies, and dealing with a new era of increasing global economic imbalance. I hope to research the complex processes that shape these challenges, and what preexisting and potential cooperative solutions can alleviate these global financial problems.
