M.A. Student – Class of 2022

Citizenship: China

I come from Chengdu, a beautiful city surrounded by mountains and rivers in southwest China. Before joining Columbia, I graduated from Colorado College with an honor B.A. Degree in anthropology, and worked as a content manager at Lark in ByteDance.  Embracing the diversity of life has been joyful. At the Global Thought program, I hope to use my research to help us understand why people from different sides do what they do and think the way they think, and why this is important. I wish I can be one of many to reduce conflict and increase cooperation to pursue the common interests of human beings in this changing world.
