M.A. Student – Class of 2022

Citizenship: Georgia

Born and raised in Tbilisi, Georgia, I earned a B.A. degree in art history and psychology from Sarah Lawrence College. I spent my third year in Europe, studying at Middlebury College in Florence and at the University of Amsterdam. During my time as an undergrad, I gained a variety of work and internship experience across several countries, including working as an assistant supervisor at the San Andres Memorial Church Afterschool in Yonkers, NY, an assistant project manager at Friends of Florentine Museums in Florence, Italy, and a marketing intern at the Wissol Petroleum headquarters in Tbilisi, Georgia. In addition to English and my native Georgian, I’m fluent in Russian and Italian. After earning an M.A. in Global Thought at Columbia University GSAS, I hope to become a diplomat.
