I am from the magnificent city of Calgary, Canada, where I was born, raised, and have spent the better part of the last 22 years. I obtained my undergraduate degree at Carleton University in Ottawa, where I was enrolled in the Global and International Studies (Honors) program within the Arthur Kroger College Faculty of Public Affairs. Coming from an interdisciplinary academic background, I am grateful for the opportunity to further my education through an interdisciplinary approach with Columbia University’s Global Thought program. However, in the upcoming year, I plan to focus on deepening my understanding of identifying, analyzing, and mitigating global and geopolitical risks.
